Jonathan
Cheechoo
Jonathan
Earl Cheechoo is one of the most exciting young players in hockey
today. When this RW made his debut for the San Jose Sharks in the
2002/2003 season, Jonathan became the first member of the Moose
Cree Nation to play in the NHL, which isn't totally surprising given
that his hometown of Moose Factory, Ontario is on a five-square
mile island in Hudson Bay, 500 miles north of Toronto. Cheechoo's
rise as one of the top scorers in the League has been dramatic.
In the 2003/04 season, his 2nd, Jonathan recorded 28 goals and scored
one of the most remarkable goals in Sharks' history during the play-offs.
In the Sharks 4-1 win over the Colorado Avalanche, Cheechoo let
the puck slide between his skates, stuck his stick back between
his legs and directed the puck back at the goal, past Colorado goalie
David Aebischer. A goal-scorer's goal that still gets plenty of
highlight play years later. And 2005/06 was even better for Jonathan
as he earned the Maurice "Rocket" Richard Trophy as the
top goal scorer in the entire NHL with 56 goals. Paired with then-newly
acquired Joe
Thornton, winner of the 2005/06 Art Ross Trophy for most
points, Jonathan and Joe became just the fourth set of teammates
since 1979-80 to sweep the scoring awards. A big-time NHL scorer
that is just starting to capture the hockey world's attention, invest
in Cheechoo collectibles before they increase in value. This great
action shot is hand-signed by Jonathan in his unique signature-style
and includes his #14. The framing is the difference when you buy

Jonathan's apparently was destined to play for the Sharks.
In a fourth grade essay he wrote about how he wanted

Cheechoo & Joe Thornton new! Hart, Art Ross, & Rocket
Richard Trophy Winners
$299
The
2005/2006 season was something special for Jonathan Cheechoo and
Joe Thornton. Not only did they combine to lead the Sharks to a
nice play-off run but they both had spectacular years individually
as well. On November 30, 2005, Thornton was traded to San Jose by
Boston in a blockbuster four-player deal. And did Joe ever deliver
for the Sharks! In his first season in San Jose, all he did was
win the Hart Trophy (NHL MVP) and Art Ross Trophy (most points in
the League with 125), while "assisting" Cheechoo
in earning the Maurice "Rocket" Richard Trophy
for most goals in the League (56). Jonathan and Joe became just
the fourth set of teammates since 1979-80 to sweep the scoring awards.

three of the best players in hockey today - all of them Sharks!
2005/06 was quite a season for the Sharks. Not only did they make
a nice play-off run but they boasted some of the premier players
in the League. Joe Thornton cemented his standing as one of the

Ross (most points in the League - 125) Trophies. Jonathan Cheechoo
shocked the hockey world by earning the Maurice "Rocket"
Richard Trophy for most goals in the League (56). And Patrick Marleau

Pat
Falloon (born 22 September 1972 in Foxwarren, Manitoba, Canada)
is a retired professional ice hockey right winger who played 9
seasons in the National Hockey League between 1991 and 2000. Falloon
was drafted 2nd overall by the San Jose Sharks in the 1991 NHL
Entry Draft. He was the first ever draft pick in the history of
the San Jose Sharks organization. He played 575 career NHL games,
scoring 143 goals and 179 assists for 322 points. This unsigned

Wayne
Gretzky has been called the greatest player in hockey history by
many. At the time of his retirement from the NHL, he held or shared
61 League scoring records, including most career goals (1,016) and
assists (2,222). Many believe his record of 92 goals in a regular
season will never be broken. During his Edmonton years, Gretzky
not only won an unprecedented eight straight Hart Trophies (MVP)
from 1980-87 but also led the Oilers to four Stanley Cup Championships
in five years. During his Los Angeles Kings years he brought attention
and prestige to hockey South (way south!) of the Border. And, of
course, Gretzky finished his NHL career in New York playing for
the Rangers and helping the team reach the Conference Finals in
1997. As one sports columnist commented at the time of his retirement,
Gretzky was "not merely the best hockey player in the
world, but one of the nicest and most unspoiled." A great collectible
from the Great One, this photograph from Gretzky's final years in
hockey is Quality

The San Jose Sharks Mike Grier, born in Detroit Michigan, made history
early in his playing career. Grier's debut on ice with the Edmonton
Oilers made him the first African-American player in National Hockey
League (NHL) history. There had been a few other minority skaters
in professional hockey, but they had either grown up or been trained
in Canada. When asked about this historical moment, Grier responded
"It doesn't seem strange to me, because I've always been a
black hockey player," he told Bergen County Record writer Mark
J. Czerwinski. "But I understand what it means, and it makes
me proud that I could be a role model." Grier was originally
drafted by the St. Louis Blues in the ninth round of the 1993 NHL
Entry Draft. Later traded to Edmonton, Washington and Buffalo, it
is in San Jose that Mike has truly found a home on the ice. He quickly
become an Alternate Captain thanks to his hardworking style of play.
Always a key member of the penalty kill, today Mike is just a key
player period on a very good Sharks team, especially after logging
33 points in 2006/07. A fan favorite, this very cool action photograph

Bobby
Hull new! Ready
for Face-Off & Bloody Brawl 8x10's (unsigned)
Robert Marvin "Bobby" Hulll was among the fastest and
most exciting hockey players of his time. Famous for
his blonde hair and blinding speed (Hull could skate 29.7 mph),
the "Golden Jet" also possessed one of the most feared
slapshots of his day clocking in at 118.3 mph. He was instrumental
in two hockey leagues in two decades. With the Chicago Blackhawks
of the NHL, Bobby won seven goal-scoring titles, three overall scoring
championships, two Most Valuable Player Awards, twelve successive
All-Star Games and, most importantly, the Stanley Cup in 1961, Chicago's
first since 1938. Then the flamboyant left wing's signing with the
Winnipeg Jets gave instant credibility to a new league, the World
Hockey Association, in the 1970s. On March 12, 1966, he became the
first NHLer to score more than 50 goals in a season, surpassing
Maurice Richard and Bernie Geoffrion's hallowed mark of 50 goals.
His 51st goal against the New York Rangers earned him a seven-minute
standing ovation from the Chicago Stadium faithful. He would go
on to score 54 goals that season, the highest single season total
of the Original Six era, and led the league in goal scoring seven
times in all in the Sixties. By his final NHL season, he had scored
50 goals or more a remarkable five times, only one fewer than every
other player in history who had done so combined to that date. Just
a great, great hockey player, these vintage photographs are great
collectibles for any fan of old-time hockey. Sports Gallery

Artūrs Irbe (born February 2, 1967 in Riga, U.S.S.R.) is a
NHL hockey goaltender, who played for the San Jose Sharks, Dallas
Stars, Vancouver Canucks, Carolina Hurricanes and Columbus Blue
Jackets. His first NHL team was the San Jose Sharks, he played with
them from 1991-92 to 1995-96. With Irbe between the pipes, the newly
established Sharks made their first playoff appearance in the 1993-94
season and upset the top-seeded Detroit Red Wings. That season Irbe
played an NHL record 4412 minutes between the pipes for the Sharks.
Irbe, affectionately known as Archie, was nicknamed "The Wall"
and became a cult figure in San Jose, a status he enjoys there to
this day. Irbe was picked to be a member of the "World"
NHL All-Star team in 1998-1999 season, where he became the first
goalie to record an assist in an NHL All-Star game. He is notable
on the ice for his helmet and padding, (he has worn them almost
continuously since his NHL debut for the Sharks, which are creased
and scuffed with puck marks, stains, and tears). He has earned the
nickname "Michelin Man" as a result. Get this Quality

and few can argue that Hall of Famer Mario is one of the greatest
players to have ever played in the NHL. Lemieux played professional
ice hockey for 17 seasons seasons with the Pittsburgh Penguins of
the NHL (between 1984 and 2006) and is now the Penguins principal
owner and chairman. Mario won the Conn Smythe Trophy twice while
leading the Pittsburgh Penguins to winning two Stanley Cup championships,
led the NHL in scoring six times (Art Ross trophy), was named MVP
three times (Hart Trophy) and scored 199 points during his best
season (Wayne Gretzky has been the only player to ever reach the
200 point mark in a single season) despite missing many games due
to illness and injury. Considered a prolific scorer, "Super
Mario" is the only player (at the time of his initial
"retirement" in 1997) to average more than two points
a game. He has also overcome Hodgkin's Disease, a debilitating back
injury, and saved his beloved Pittsburgh Penguins from bankruptcy
by forming (and financing) a new ownership group. A true hockey

Boston
Bruins great Bobby Orr revolutionized the sport with his scoring
ability and playmaking from the blue line. He won two scoring titles,
the only defender to accomplish that feat, and had career season
highs of 46 goals and 102 assists. More than just statistics, Orr
had the ability to control the game...to simply take over. Bobby
had the speed to float away from defenders and also to recover should
he lose possession or get caught on a rush. For eight consecutive
seasons Orr won the Norris Trophy as the best defenseman and three
times he collected the Hart Trophy as the league's Most Valuable
Player. Orr's most famous hockey moment came in 1970 when he scored

Alex
Ovechkin
"The Goal Master"
$169
Russian
hockey player Alexander Mikhaylovich Ovechkin was born September
17, 1985 in Moscow, USSR. A left winger for the Washington Capitals,
Ovechkin was the first overall draft choice in the 2004. On January
16, 2006, Alexander Ovechkin scored a goal that veteran hockey reporter
Bill Clement called "one of the greatest goals of all time."
Knocked down by Paul Mara, a defenseman for the Phoenix Coyotes,
then sliding on his back and facing away from the net, Ovechkin
was able to hook the puck with one hand on his stick and slide it
into the net past goalie Brian Boucher for his second goal of the
night. On February 1, 2006, Ovechkin was named NHL Rookie of the
Month for January 2006 as well as being named Offensive Player of
the Month, becoming only the third player in NHL history to earn
both honors in a single month. Ovechkin led 2005-2006 NHL rookies
in goals, points, power-play goals, and shots. He finished third
overall in the NHL in scoring and tied for third in goals. His 425
shots led the league, set an NHL rookie record, and was the fourth-highest
total in NHL history. Ovechkin’s point total was the second-best
in Washington Capitals history and his goal total tied for third
in franchise history. He was also named to the NHL First All-Star
Team, the first rookie to receive the honor in 15 years. After the
season ended, Ovechkin received the Calder Memorial Trophy, awarded
to the NHL's best rookie. EA Sports made him the cover athlete for
