Please note: the prices and availability on all items presented on this website are subject to change. While we work hard to keep our website as current as possible, many of the items in our stores are unique and hard-to-find pieces that may be purchased at any time. We will always notify you before we process your order if we no longer have the item.

Sales Tax:

Exchanges:

With all web orders, we will make every effort to contact you upon receipt of your order to verify the purchase and confirm the shipment method and timetable.

In most cases, you will receive your order using ground shipment unless we are instructed to utilize express delivery. While we strive hard to keep our website as current and up to date as possible, from time to time an item no longer in our collection is sold on the web. In the rare instance that we no longer have the item you ordered in our collection, or if there will be any delay in delivering your piece, we will always notify you before processing your order to discuss. In most cases, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the shipment of your package with the appropriate delivery service.

UPS is our primary shipper. We typically charge less than the standard rates based on destination, value, and the size and weight of the collectible, as well as materials and labor...sometimes MUCH less. On all our web transactions we try to limit shipping charges as much as possible. We strive hard to offer competitive shipping rates.

Due to the size and fragility of some of our items (i.e., large glass displays and photographs), the shipping charged us by UPS can sometimes be rather large. We promise, however, to do everything we can to keep your shipping charges to a minimum.

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival to make sure there is not any breakage. While we do everything within our power to ensure that your collectible arrives in the same pristine state that it left our store, UPS and FedEx mishaps occur from time to time. While out of our control, we almost always can work with the customer and UPS/Fed Ex to resolve the problem. To do this, however, we must know immediately of any breakage that occurred during our shipment of the product (a photograph of the damage is ALWAYS helpful!). Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for subsequent damage to the collectible.

They don't call it the WORLD-wide web for nothing! We're happy to ship any collectible internationally. After your purchase we will follow-up with you to discuss the various shipping options. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Please note: On international orders there will sometimes be a customs charge imposed by the country of delivery. This charge is not easy to predict and can range from $0 to $150 USD depending on the value and size of the item. In all cases, it is the customers responsibility to pay the customs charges required by their country. This charge is separate from the relevant shipping charges agreed to at the time of purchase.
